WIRELESS FIRST'S KEVIN SANFORD ASSISTS AUDIOTEK IN PROVIDING SOUND
SYSTEM AT 2003 GRAMMYS

New York City (February 25, 2003) - New Artist of the Year Norah Jones stole the show at the 45th Annual Grammy Awards Sunday night with five awards for herself and three additional awards for her debut album, Come Away With Me. Jones performed with her ever-present Neumann KMS 105 condenser stage microphone. Specially designed for faultless live vocal
reproduction, the Neumann KMS 105 combines a feedback rejecting supercardioid polar pattern, 4-layer foam-free acoustic filter and extended frequency response.

This year, the 45th Annual Grammys broke new ground by being the first major awards show to be broadcast in HDTV and 5.1 surround sound. Top-shelf microphones could be seen in abundance during this year's Grammy Awards TV broadcast, ranging from a mysterious Sennheiser/Neumann hybrid to various wireless Shure mics. Among the broad selection of
wireless microphone units used were six Sennheiser, twenty Shure as well as six of the new Audio-Technica 5000 UHF wireless systems.

The new A-T Artist Elite 5000 Series UHF wireless system was used for frontline vocals on Coldplay, Sheryl Crow, Kid Rock, No Doubt, John Mayer, James Taylor, Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters), Bruce Springsteen, Patti Scialfa and Steven Van Zandt. Sennheiser and Shure UHF series were used for artists Avril Lavigne, Faith Hill and Norah Jones.

Wireless First assisted ATK/Audiotek with the live sound system for the event.
